Warranty Policy

In Gator Parts, we offer a limited warranty on all our machinery spare parts, ensuring they are free from manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for a period of 06 months from the date of purchase.

Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, materials, or performance issues, provided the product has not been subjected to misuse or unauthorized alterations.

Obligations of the Insured

The customer must follow the installation and maintenance instructions for the spare part. Any damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation will not be covered by this warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by external conditions (such as fire or water).

Claims Process

To request a warranty claim, the customer must contact our customer service, providing the following details: order number, a description of the defect, and proof of the issue (photos or videos). Gator Parts will assess the claim, and if valid, will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Gator Parts' liability is limited to the value of the defective spare part. We are not responsible for indirect damages, production losses, or any other consequential damage arising from the product's failure.

Warranty Duration

The warranty is valid for 06 months from the purchase date. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who made the purchase.
