We maintain a stock of products (small parts) that allow us to meet the most common demands in the market. For large and heavy parts, we work with stock directly from Miami, USA.
Payments are made according to the prior agreement with the customer. Each agreement must be respected; otherwise, Gator Parts reserves the right to proceed with or cancel the purchase.
The delivery time depends on the stock availability from various manufacturers and/or the availability of spare parts in our warehouses in Miami, USA.
Another factor to consider is the final destination of the parts. All these factors are taken into account when determining the delivery time.
Deliveries are made to the location specified by each customer. Usually, working logistics operators of each customer.
Deliveries anywhere in the world are scheduled according to the prior agreement with the customer. They can be made to the customer’s facilities or to a logistics operator.
Since the products are imported, no matter how original they are, and according to the policies of the different brands, the factory warranty is voided.
The solution is a National Warranty proposal that Gator Parts offers for each requested product. This warranty is designed to cover all unforeseen circumstances associated with the importation of products.

Returns are not allowed once the purchase abroad has been completed. This is why we have a prior Purchase Order form, which outlines what the customer has previously approved for the acquisition of any product.
In these cases, the customer can follow the Warranty Claim Protocol provided by Gator Parts.
